Front Tie Top:
Once upon a time, I shopped at Express…a lot and then somewhere along the line I stopped. I’m not sure why, I think it was because I felt like everything in their store was meant for someone 120lbs and 5’10 (so not me). But the other day when I saw another friend of mine posting about the store on Instagram, I thought I’d go take a gander and much to my surprise, I actually liked a lot of the stuff! This front tie top was one of the pieces I swooped up and I love the versatility of it. The material is nice and thick (so not see-through) and I think it could easily be worn into fall or to the office. #win
Now, some of the stuff was still a little too “model-esque” for me, but there were also so many good pieces for more curvy gals like me. It actually got me thinking, “how many other stores am I not checking out?” I get so used to shopping at my old faithfuls, that sometimes I forget to look at other shops and it was the perfect reminder to step outside the box every now and again. I actually ended up grabbing a few pieces from there and liking most of what I got, so who knows, maybe I’ll add it back to my regular rotation!

In other news, I got my inbox a little more manageable yesterday and feel like life is FINALLY settling down a bit so I am hopeful that I’ll be able to bring fun new content that’s reliable! I know I’ve said it 10000000 times, but thanks for checking in on me. Seriously <3
Now I’m off to plan some outfits for a shoot tomorrow! Fun fall content hopefully coming your way as long as I don’t have a heatstroke. 🙂
