J.Crew Chambray Jumpsuit:

If you saw this post last week, you know Aaron and I recently attended a fundraiser in Columbus called “Denim and Diamonds.” It’s a gala, but a less formal one since attendees are encouraged to wear dressed up denim. I had originally planned on wearing this J.Crew chambray jumpsuit, but soon decided against it since my go-to is always a jumpsuit. There is obviously nothing wrong with that, ya’ll know I LOVE a good jumpsuit, but I just feel like I get too comfortable with them and therefore ALWAYS reach for them. So, instead, I opted for these jogger pants, a chambray shirt with white jacket. Anywho, it’s a pretty fun event even if you don’t bid on anything, so if you’re local, maybe check it out for next year! And even though I didn’t wear it, I plan to keep it for our trip to Europe in a few weeks!

This past weekend I hosted a bridal shower for my best friend and I’m looking forward to sharing on the blog soon. The weather was absolutely perfect which was such a relief because I had planned to host it on the patio in the back. Of course, the next day it rained which seems pretty standard as of lately (only one nice day, not multiple in a row). Oh well, at least rainy days are nice napping days, but I was thankful for the sunshine on Saturday.

We’re heading to the Ophthalmologist this morning for a glasses check for P. I don’t know why on Earth I booked a 7:30 AM appointment. Alllll the coffee is needed this morning. Onto cup #1. Have a great day friends. I hope your coffee is hot.
