O.M.Goodness friends. I shared a sneak peak of Penelope’s nursery EONS ago and am finally getting around to posting photos. In fact, my sweet photographer Natalie (White Elm Photography) took photos of P and I in the room and I recently had her re-take them because P had grown so much from the first round of photos we took, but I finally have them up and edited!
I knew when we moved into our house last July that I wanted to make P’s room super girly in this house since her first nursery was gender neutral (you can see it here). I also wanted this room to be one that she could grow into during her toddler years, so I picked this Rocky Mountain Decal wallpaper because I thought it was the perfect mix of “girly-girl” and “big girl.” We also decided to beadboard this room similarly to P’s nursery in our last home (thank Aaron x2) and I love the bright contrast against the wallpaper. This is easily one of my favorite rooms in the house and I love spending time in here with Penelope while she plays.
Floral Nursery Ideas:
Heart exploding. I love this room, and I love this girl. It’s filled with all the things I want for her: beauty, books and her!
I have had to many requests for product sources below, so instead of writing them all out, I’m linking all the floral nursery ideas below with the widget (just click on them and you’ll be directed!). And now, coffee!
