Super Easy Triple Berry Vanilla Pudding Trifle Recipe
Here is what you need:
- One Angel Food Cake (I buy pre-made when time is tight)
- 1 box vanilla pudding (don’t forget milk for pudding)
- Berries of your desire
- 1 container Cool Whip
- Strawberry Shortcake Glaze (typically sold near the Angel Food Cakes)
Prep Work:
- Mix pudding ingredients and set aside once formed
- Slowly pinch apart Angel Food Cake in small sections and set aside.
- Wash fruit / slice strawberries
Now to assemble:
- Start with a small layer of the pudding, then layer a Cool Whip layer on top.
- Add strawberries facing outward from dish and sprinkle in berries. Don’t worry if it’s not 100% beautiful, it will taste grand!
- Once fruit layer is down, drizzle strawberry glaze with a spoon.
- Top with Angel Food Pieces.
- Slight press down with spatula to press together and then repeat steps 1-4 until top of dish.
- Once top has been reached, spread a layer of Cool Whip and then top with berries as you wish! So easy!
This Triple Berry Vanilla Pudding Trifle recipe is such a great summertime dessert and SO refreshing/yummy! If you can make it a few hours before serving, ever better because it allows the Angel Food Cake to get soaked with the pudding/glaze/Cool Whip layers!
Enjoy my friends and be safe! I’m going to go brainstorm a 4th of July cocktail to make, but first coffee!
