Y’all are you in complete disbelief that summer vacation is over and school has or will start in the next few days, because I totally am. I know P isn’t school aged yet, but I still gawk at how quickly life moves lately. And even though I didn’t have to take her back to school shopping, I did shop for some back to school style essentials for myself! Haha!

My Back to School Style Essentials

I popped into Kohl’s the other day for an Amazon return (did you know they do that now?) and found this adorable look from their MUDD collection. Definitely a new back to school style favorite for me! This camo tee is too cute; and personally I think a great black denim is always a necessity in one’s wardrobe. I love the gentle distressing without being too much. I also picked up these sandals which look more like a high end brand but were $9.00- whats? $9 for shoes is legit crazy and I’m all about it, plus they are gold and I love anything metallic.

I actually hadn’t shopped at Kohl’s in a while, so when I popped in for what I thought would be a 5-minute return, I was surprised when I came out 45 minutes later. OOPS. I picked up this look and a few additional items (including this MUDD cardigan that’s super cute). Which definitely put Kohl’s back on my shopping map (plus, with great prices how can you resist? It would be an amazing place to pick up back-to-school items).
