Happy Monday friends. How is everyone today? Our weekend was low-key but productive which was nice and if you saw on stories last night, I think P is feeling much better thank goodness. The sleep saga with her still continues, but it is getting slightly better (that is, until we actually get her in a bed I’m sure). If you have any tips for crib to bed transition, I’d love to know. If you’ve been following me on stories for awhile, you know we’ve been making over our playroom to make it more “family friendly.” I’m still waiting on two finishing touches, but today wanted to share the art display ideas we chose from Grandin Road.
Art Display Ideas
When I saw these game board trays on Grandin Road, I knew they’d be super cute as wall decor in the room because they felt playful enough for a playroom, but also “grown up” enough that I wouldn’t have to switch them out in a year or so. And guess what? They can actually be played! Each board comes with it’s appropriate pieces, so we hung them low enough to grab them for when we have company, etc. We also picked this adorable XOXO board (which is also playable) to accompany the other boards.
My absolute favorite piece we added for art though, is this letterboard that I’ve been having SO much fun with. I recently switched up the saying for fall, and I suspect I’ll have a lot more fun with it in the future.
I’m so excited to show you more of the space, but for now, I hope you love the art as much as we do! You guys always DM me about Grandin Road with your questions and I will say, everything I get from there I absolutely love. You can see other Grandin Road pieces in our home here, here, here and here.
Aaron is off this week, so our to-do list is a mile long with house projects before baby L arrives (we’ve got three months to accomplish A LOT!). So we’re off to get started, but first you know the drill….coffee.
Thank you for reading as always friends. XX
