I am in TOTAL disbelief that the end of the year is almost upon us. Like, WHAT?! If you’re like any other person in the world right now who celebrates the holidays, you’re probably on a mash dash to finish your Christmas shopping. So today, I wanted to team up with Babbleboxx to give you a few “think outside the box” Christmas ideas for those still left on your holiday shopping list!
Travel / Work accessories for the guy or gal who never buys them theirselves. My husband has been carrying the oldest backpack for years and often uses them for travel and work (it’s a tad embarrassing actually). So, with some trips planned for after the New Year, I decided to upgrade him to this Targus backpack. It’s extremely durable and works as a carry on bag for work or pleasure. He actually was super pumped when I gave it to him, so I think it’s a great idea if the person in your life needs to glow up their travel/work accessory game.
Music Loving Kiddos are sure to love the Disney Music Enchanted Vinyl from Disney Music Emporium’s (DME). Can you believe this is the 15th anniversary of the movie? One of our favorite things to do as a family is listen to music after dinner, so it’s fun to teach the kids about vinyl and also enjoy some fun music together. Also, who saw that there is a sequel? We’re planning to watch Disenchanted on Disney+ soon (P finally loves movies that aren’t just animated!).
Gifts for the out of town guests are always hard, but Punchbowl makes it easy. We often send Punchbowl greeting cards with an included gift card to my in laws since they are located in Florida. One of my favorite features though is sending your ecard and gift card with a personalized holiday message (you can read more about it here).
Coffee Table Books for the intellectuals. This ENGINES: The Inner Workings of Machines That Move the World is not only a great book for decorating, but great for those who love knowing how machines function and work. If you have an engineer or a car buff in your family, this book by Theodore Gray is a great option as a gift.
And since music isn’t just for kiddos, the gift of adult classic are great, too. Grammy winner, Joss Stone’s first holiday album is one you’ll want to throw on the record player for cookie making, cocktail sipping and party having. It also comes in CD form, but obviously we love vinyl in our home and it make everything seem so classic. It’s definitely worth a listen if you love holiday music like I do!
You can’t forget those that love skincare! Medpeel is a new to me brand that I’ve really been loving and using nightly. I love the Medpeel Skin Balancing Cleansing Gel for both AM and PM washing and am so far really enjoying the Medpeel Vitamin C30x Anti-Aging Serum as well. Both of these are perfect for those on your list that are concerned with anti-aging effective products (mom, grandma, sister, friend?!).
Now, go forth and shop til you drop, the big day will be here before you know it!
So, of course, this requires LOTS of coffee.
