Office Space and a Giveaway!

I had such positive and nice comments from our living room reveal (here), that I thought it would be fun to show you some of the other rooms in our house. In all of the places we’ve lived since being married, Aaron has always had a little “man space” to himself. So, naturally when we bought our house, I declared the extra extra bedroom as my woman cave.  He set up his office area in the guest room and I painted a room pink and filled it with all things girly. One night his internet wasn’t working, so he came into my room to do work and I must say, it was comical to see him sitting amongst the walls/decor. 🙂

This room still isn’t finished to my standards, but it will do for now. All of the boxes are getting painted on the shelving unit, recover my desk chair and I’d like to add a few different accessories on the shelves. However, some things are staying just as is such as this amazing bow/stripe/gold polka dot pillow from Chic Love Affair.  It’s seriously the perfect size for a lumbar pillow- she has so many cute things in her shop, I wish I was that talented! I am always amazed at the talented people on etsy.com- seriously, amazed (keep reading for an adorable giveaway!)
I love being reminded of our wedding day by being able to keep my second dress on my dress stand. The girl thats in charcoal is a drawing I did in high school and she has lived in every home I’ve had since. Additionally, my wedding shoes and other near and dears to my heart also live in this room. Notice my little elephant DIY that was in yesterday’s post?
