I am a constant muncher at work, so in order to be more health conscious and stop visiting the work vending machine (skittles….), I started making Kale chips each week. Aaron thought the idea of them sounded awful at first, but after he tried them our first batch was gone in about 30 minutes. Did I mention they are also SUPER easy?
………………………………………….HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED………………………………………
- Break Kale into pieces after washing
- Lightly coat with olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Add juice of lemon (sometimes I skip this step)
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
- Allow to cool and enjoy!

I'm a major muncher and I'm kinda getting sick of baby carrots! This sounds like the perfect thing for me. Chips….but not really. I may give it a try.

I'll have to try these! I'm a big juicer and wonder if this will work with Kale that is not as fresh for juicing?
