Shirt / Jeans / Shoes / Casio G-Shock Watch / Bag
I have A LOT of watches. It’s kind of a running joke between Aaron and I that we own a lot. None are extremely expensive, but I like having a variety for different outfits, etc. depending on my mood that day. However, one thing I don’t like is the distinction from sports watch to “stylish” watch since it seems like they have to be one or the other. What’s with that? However, Casio recently sent me their G-SHOCK Women’s timepiece in white and rose gold and I have to admit, it provides the toughness of G-SHOCK (which I am a huge fan of, I also have a black G-Shock and Aaron has worked in one for years), but also fashion forward style. It has all of the features I love about my more “sporty” looking G-Shock including solar recharge, count downs, waterproofing, etc. but it also doesn’t look strange to wear it out for cocktails with my gal pals or running errands.
I know no one probably noticed, but can we chat about my missing “dip nail” above. I am literally LOL’ing right now. I remember the days when I used to get manicures monthly, now I only do them for special occasions, haha #motherhood. That’s more relatable though, right? I’d much rather have a cool watch so I actually know what time it is than pretty nails anyway. I mean, look how gorgeous this one is… And you know, the holidays are just around the corner, so a Casio G Shock would make a great gift!
And with that, I’ve stressed myself out. I need to make it through September before I start holiday planning. I need some R&R, maybe a manicure perhaps. 🙂
But y’all know, all I care about right now is coffee!!
