Aaron and I have been making green smoothies every morning, and as much I as I love them, I have to admit sometimes it’s nice to mix things up. When I heard about Muller ice cream flavored yogurt, I was intrigued. It’s a great ice cream substitute with vanilla beans in the vanilla flavor (which is what I used for this parfait). It also had 7 grams of protein, so you stay full and feel satisfied! The great thing about the parfait is you can make it at home in five minutes and keep them in the fridge for quick grabs or couch sitting “me moments”.
You can obviously use any yogurt you’d like, but Muller is the best of both worlds offering deliciousness for only 190-200 calories. To make them, I simply layered granola (recipe here), Muller, and mixed berries. Refrigerate and voila! Make sure to check out the demos at Walmart at a store near you!
I love a more hearty breakfast such as this because while at work, I don’t feel the need to snack as much. I would absolutely love to hear what you eat for breakfast, without eggs and bacon, it can seem a little boring, but this parfait is honestly delicious. I went ahead and premade five for the week which Aaron and I will share.
Also, how adorable would these be for a brunch party?!
